It all started with an idea. Hofi Cas Cora is a farm-to-table concept on the island of Curaçao. We are not just a farm, we are not just a brunch spot. We feed, we create, we inspire, we build a community.

The Farm is growing a wide variety of crops with organic principles. From minimum tillage, inter-cropping, and crop rotation we grow over 15 different crops at a time. We provide vegetables for sale to our customers, restaurants, and our own Eatery. Growing vegetables in our tropic climate can have its challenges. But over the years we have developed new tools, new methods and more sustainable practices. Resulting in more vegetables. Come take a look!

Open on Saturday and Sunday, The Eatery is a weekend brunch restaurant serving a variety of international dishes but with local ingredients. The philosophy of cook with what you have, instead of cooking with what the recipes ask for was born. We take a dish that we love and is known all around the world and give it our own twist with the crops that we grow ourselves or what we can source locally. Check out the Menu for our staple dishes, however because we work with what is available, the menu is ever changing.
